We totally get it - that vinegar smell can be surprising! Rest assured, it's entirely normal and part of our eco-conscious and high-quality printing process.

To make the printing process as environmentally friendly as possible, we use a special pretreatment solution. This solution can give off a temporary vinegar-like smell, which, although unusual, is harmless.

The good news is that the vinegar-like scent is entirely temporary. It will disappear after your first wash, leaving your tee smelling fresh and ready to wear.

Well, we know you're excited to receive your unique fashion piece, so we try to get it to you as fast as possible!

We aim to get your order ready in about 2-5 business days. Once it's set to go, shipping usually takes around 2-6 business days, but the exact delivery time depends on your location. For a more precise shipping estimate, you'll get all the details after placing your order.

If your package hasn't arrived by the estimated shipping time, please be patient. Sometimes, delays can happen. However, if more than 5 business days have passed and your order is still MIA, don't hesitate to contact us at info@ohidk.shop, and we'll take a look.

Of course! We want you to be able to follow your fashion treasure's journey to your doorstep. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. Just click on the link and enter your tracking number to see where your package is. It's like playing hide-and-seek, but without the hiding part!

We'd love to accommodate exchanges and returns, but here's the deal: every piece is crafted just for you. Therefore we can not offer returns or exchanges if you've ordered the wrong size, color or design. So, you'll want to be extra sure about your choices when placing your order.

That said, we totally understand that life can throw curveballs, and sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrives damaged within 30 days of receiving it, don't sweat it. Just reach out to us, and we'll make sure to sort things out to your satisfaction.
